It has been immensely rewarding working with OK RDY to deliver a much needed service to people in South Australia who are embarking on a cyber career journey. To connect talent to industry through the SA Cyber Edition mentoring program has enabled people to explore careers, roles and the sector more broadly and given them a true support to seek guidance from a pool of amazing cyber professionals around Australia.

The Australian Women in Security Network has been working with the OK RDY team for several years to support our Women in Mentoring Program. With their help we’ve moved from piloting a small group to scaling a national program. The team continuously went above and beyond to ensure that the program was delivered as expected and that the participants were happy.

Thanks to the platform, we can easily obtain statistics on critical areas of the program and adapt to user needs in real-time. This data (that’s anonymised) provides us with insights that we normally wouldn’t get with a standard mentoring program and helps with our reporting. We found the team collaborative, informative and always suggesting creative ways to make the program even more successful.
